We are making Catra from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, my favorite Netflix show! She's a cute cat girl who is a villain/antihero. The one I'm making is the short hair version from the last season.
Step One
In New You make your skin an orangey tan and your hair an unsaturated brown. Wear Brown lips with a frown, can be found in New You or on a random poptropican.
Step Two
Get Cat ears. They are common, find them from the arcade or someone on your friends list. Get bangs from New You, the swoop bangs and also the bangs with freckles.
Step Three
Get the Red Top from the girl in Poptropicon Episode One by the Fremulon booth. Find red pants anywhere, or brown maybe. I wore Amelia's pants on Home Island, or if you have the elf costume wear the red pants there. Then get the tail from the costume contest guy in Poptropicon Episode Two
Step Five
Find red pants anywhere, or brown maybe. I wore Amelia's pants on Home Island, or if you have the elf costume wear the red pants there.

Since Catra is definitely gay buy the rainbow stripe pride hoodie from the item shop.
Step Six
I wore the strap with dagger and belt from Astro Knights but that is hard to find now if you can't access that island.
