Step two: Get hair from teen girl in Vampire's curse. Get her boyfriend's black pants if you want pants.
Step three: Get purple cape from superhero shop.
Step Four: Get Police Belt. This can be done by dialing 911 on the Nabooti phone. Or MAP.
